At Elixir + Earth, your satisfaction is important to us.
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue.
Unopened Products
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
